We at Olender's, Inc. would like you to have the best possible repair job. To accomplish this we would like you to know the repairs that have been performed by Olender's, Inc. as listed on the repair estimate, excluding rust repairs, are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle.

Parts or materials used will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the warranty of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's warranty. Used parts will not be utilized unless specifically authorized. Any body or paint work covered by this warranty will be re-done at our expense, or at our option a refund or adjustment of the purchase price will be made for that
portion of the work in question.

Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, or vandalism damage, unreasonable use or care of vehicle are excluded from this warranty. Cosmetic conditions or surface corrosion from stone chips or scratches in the paint is not covered. Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fall-out (chemicals, tree sap, etc.), salt, hail, windstorms, lightning, floods, other acts of God and the like is not covered.

This warranty is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between customer and repairer, and contains all the representation of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or by any usage of trade.

This guarantee will only be honored at Olender's Inc.
