At Olender's Body Shop, we know how important it is to provide great service. That’s why our mechanical service department only employs I-Car and ASE-certified technicians. Insurance Repair Hints

You have the right to choose your preferred repair shop.

If your vehicle has been towed to another facility,  you still have the right to choose your preferred repair facility. If you choose Olender's Body Shop, simply notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements to have it transported to one of our locations. We will arrange payment of all appropriate towing and storage charges.

If you need an appraisal,  we want you to know that every appraiser at Olender's Body Shop is licensed by the State of Connecticut and is I-CAR trained. We are a direct repair or preferred shop for many insurance companies. We have a designated appraiser for each insurance company. That designated appraiser is familiar with that particular insurance company’s procedures and personnel. This allows the claim and repair process to flow more smoothly. The designated shop appraiser will work with you from start to finish. Any questions before, during, or after repairs should be directed to your designated shop appraiser.

If you already have an appraisal from an insurance company,  we will use it as a starting point for the repair process. If we find additional damage or if the repair time is insufficient, we will contact the insurance company directly and negotiate with them for whatever is necessary to repair the vehicle properly.

You can be sure that your vehicle will be repaired properly.  The insurance company is required by law to return the car to pre-accident condition. Olender’s Body Shop will identify and repair all accident-related damage. We have a working relationship with all insurance companies and will never compromise our repair quality or repair procedures. All insurance companies are aware of our commitment to quality, and we have always been able to negotiate an agreement with the insurance companies to complete the repair properly.

All repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the car.  Olender's Body Shop guarantees our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Additionally, many of the insurance companies offer nationwide guarantees on our repairs, so you are covered even if you move away from this area. Please contact your appraiser at Olender's Body Shop if you have any issues or concerns after you pick up your vehicle.

What if some damage is not noticed until after the vehicle has been completed and driven away?  The insurance company is responsible for putting your vehicle back in the condition it was in before the accident. We can reopen a claim for any accident-related damage that is discovered during a reasonable period following the completion of the repair.
